Where are you doing show log from? There are 2 reasons why it may be
greyed out.
1. The initial fetch has got all revisions anyway, so you have no reason
to do a Get All.
2. If you use show log from the update dialog.

No. You can restrict the number of revisions fetched by default
(normally it is 100) in the TSVN settings dialog. I use the default of
100 with the TSVN repository over a 56K modem connection and I see no
speed problems - getting 100 revisions might take a second longer than
getting only 50.

We have considered ways to make it more flexible, but that will not
happen until SVN 1.2 is released in about 2 months time.
