[TSVN] Minor TortoiseSVN context menu glitch?

Hi,

if it wasn't for the attachment, you probably wouldn't understand what
I noticed (or wouldn't believe it) in the TortoiseSVN context menu :-)
No offense intended BTW.

There seems to be a minor glitch in the horizontal layout of some
items in that menu, see the attachement. It's hard to reproduce, but
it seems to be related to moving the mouse quickly (normally to the
right) over the TortoiseSVN item in the Explorer context menu which
opens the TortoiseSVN sub-context menu.

The horizontal space between the left side of the menu and the icon,
and between the icon and the text label sometimes is too small. But
when mouseover'ing over these menu items, the proper layout is
restored: it pops back. I noticed this specifically (and only?) in the
Help, Settings and About entries. I'm not sure about the other items.

Reproduction recipe: be quick and don't give up. It appeared with TSVN
1.1.2, but also in 1.1.3 (build 2502), so I decided to make a small
notice of this.

Kind regards,

Jochem
