[TSVN] Crash Report for TortoiseSVN : 1, 1, 3, 2502

Open Repo Browser, show the log messages window. Select a revision where
a folder was deleted. In the third view, select the line "Deleted <name
of folder>". Choose to "open". I know this is stupid, but tortoise
should not crash when doing this.

Additionally, the email that is created when clicking "send" in the
crash dialog should already be preadressed, I had to look up the email
adress...
