[TSVN] "Unified diff" encoding problem in working copy path with korean characters.

Hi...

If working copy is in path with korean characters
(In korean windows, "Desktop" is displayed in korean"¹ÙÅÁÈ¸é".)

I use korean win2k, sp4.

the output file of "Unified diff" can't correctly show path name(with korean characters) to me.

Index: C:/Documents and Settings/Administrator/바탕 ?”ë©´/TortoiseProc/Utils.cpp
===================================================================
--- C:/Documents and Settings/Administrator/바탕 ?”ë©´/TortoiseProc/Utils.cpp (revision 2542)
+++ C:/Documents and Settings/Administrator/바탕 ?”ë©´/TortoiseProc/Utils.cpp (revision 2543)

the default character encoding in korean windows is cp949(euc-kr).
(so all my source files is cp949 encoding in my repository)
I think that TSVN deals with Unicode in a path name.

thanks for your work...
