It really isn't more any more difficult than it was before, and there is
already the better way to do a reverse merge from Tortoise anyway. That
is, instead of taking the Merge option, you take the Show Log option, find
the revision, right-click and take the option to reverse the change.

I would just hate to see us clutter up the UI for a somewhat edge case.
