I just updated my build. I think the dialog is looking pretty good now. I
just tested the unified diff option and I think having it will be pretty
useful. It is a good way to preview the contents of a merge.

I also like that you added the Show Log down in the WC area, and I
especially like that if you select a revision it populates the From
revision with the selection. That is exactly what I needed.

I am attaching a screenshot for those that want to see it in its latest
form.
