[TSVN] Bug: bugtraq doesn't work in log window opened from Update

TortoiseSVN 1.1.3 build 2502 UNICODE, Windows 2000.

I've set up bugtraq properties on trunk. If I bring up the log window
directly from the context menu in Explorer, the hotlinks for the bugs work
in the log message window.

However, if I do an update, then click on the "Show log" button in the
Update dialog, the hotlinks for bugs do not appear.

This seems to be related to
http://svn.haxx.se/tsvn/archive-2004-12/0871.shtml and thread but note
that I'm not using TortoiseProc and URLs at all - just opening dialogs on
my working copy.

Perhaps the command sent to the Log window when it's started from the
Update dialog should include a reference to the local repository rather
than just the URL.

There may be other places where the Log window is invoked from within the
TortoiseSVN dialogs where this needs to be done. It does seem inconsistent
to the naive user (2 weeks or so here).
