'Deleted' certainly seems to be the least useful overlay. I also use
'Added', although it is usually only there for a short time before I
commit. Sometimes I don't bother adding at all, and just select from the
unversioned files list in the commit dialog. But I would prefer not to
lose the 'Added' overlay.

Is one overlay enough for 'locked'? A file can be 'locked' and
'modified' at the same time (assuming 'locked means 'locked by me'). Or
do we just not display the lock status once a file has been
modified/deleted.
