Tell us how you have your monitors set up. How many, is the primary on the
left or the right.

I almost always use TSVN on a multimonitor machine, and do not have any of
the typical 'multi-monitor' sort of problems that one can get.

However, I'm am probably *always* using TSVN on the primary monitor, so
might not notice if it was favouring that monitor. Do you mainly (only?)
see these problems if you start your TSVN operation on a secondary monitor?

TSVN is perhaps somewhat weak in making sure that all windows it opens have
their parents set correctly, and this might be the problem.
