[TSVN] diff added file with history from log message dialog

Hello...

I tried to create a new feature: show differences for an added file
with history from the log message dialog.

Please review this patch.... Feedback is welcome :-)

By the way.... is svn.collab.net down? I get an error while trying to
access it...
