[TSVN] TSVN 1.1.3 export issue

It seems like the TSVN 1.1.3 export command doesn't behave correctly. If I
try to export folder with the "Export unversioned files too" option checked,
the TSVN is also exporting the subversion SVN_WC_ADM_DIR_NAME (admin
subdir). Shouldn't this only export unversioned files and not the svn admin
subdir?
