[TSVN] Special case: Show unversioned files shows too many

Hi Folks,

This one is easy to reproduce:
- create an empty dir inside your working copy, so you have \WC\NoWCSubDir\
- do a checkout into \WC\NoWCSubDir\WC
- now either 'Commit' \WC and check 'show unversioned files'
- or select 'Add' on \WC
- TortoiseSVN displays *every* file inside \WC\NoWCSubDir\WC including all
the files in .svn folders

I don't know what correct behaviour is / should be, but I think TortoiseSVN
should:
- stop (not recurse into) when it detects a directory under version control
somewhere down the path
And either:
- not display this directory at all
- or only display the files that are not part of .svn folders

Cheers
- Lübbe
