[TSVN] Length of previous log messages in commit dialog

Is there a hard-coded maximum length to previous log messages stored for
later retrieval from the combobox in the commit dialog? One of our
developers has a tendency to write long log messages, and in the time it
takes him to write these messages someone else commits a file that he is
committing. Therefore he has to cancel the commit dialog, update, then
select commit again. But the log message he was entering is only partly
restored when selecting it from the combobox.
