Can you tell me how you would add a file CVS\bla when the folder CVS\ is
ignored and not under version control?

I am talking about CVS\stuff and not CVS-Stuff\. Do you see the difference?

If I ignore CVS than I expect that MyCVS-Stuff is not ignored at all,
otherwise I would have used *CVS* as ignore pattern.
