[TSVN] CFV: Separate translation list?

Hi Folks,

We have around 18 languages now and about as many active translators. My
question is. Are the translators happy with monitoring the dev or patches
list for translation status reports and discussion or would it be better if
we created a i18n list for TortoiseSVN to separate translation discussions
and status reports from the rest. This way, people who are only interested
in helping to translate and don't want to read the high traffic list can
move there. We had this list already half a year ago, but killed it due to
*very* low traffic. What do you think?

I wait for replies 'til Wednesday morning (CET) before taking action.
