[TSVN] A scintilla control trim the last character, korean, in the log message.

I tested TSVN revision 2436. [Korean Win2000Pro, SP4]

When i enter a log message,
if the last character of log message is korean character, the last character is trimed.
if i append a space, enter or any english character, the problem is not exist.

I think that it is scintilla control problem.
