Well, I can probably review the code technically, but I'm not always
available in the right time-frame (I'm very busy this week coming, for
example.)

I wonder if we could automate this by making the nightly build 'script'
(whatever that is), part of the repository trunk.

Then the nightly builder could first update this script, then run it to do
the rest of the nightly build. Otherwise it's reliant of poor old Russell
noticing a request to change the build, again...

Other than that, I think it's not a bad idea. I'm not sure that there's
much guarantee of any testing in the crucial period, but it's probably
about as much as we can hope for.
