[TSVN] nightly builds should switch...

...to the new stabilizing branch for the upcoming 1.1.3 release.
Russell, can you please switch your build over to
https://svn.collab.net/repos/tortoisesvn/branches/1.1.3
?
That way, users can test that 'RC' builds for about a week and then we
can release the final version 1.1.3 at the end of next week.

btw: this will probably also be the last release in the 1.1.x line.
The next release will most likely be linked to Subversion 1.2.0. Oh,
and when that happens, I was thinking of dropping ancient history
(i.e. NT4, Win98/Me) support completely and only providing the UNICODE
msi.
