[TSVN] Ignore words when diffing?

gnu diff has a nice feature to ignore lines based on regexes:
(from man diff)

  -I RE --ignore-matching-lines=RE
        Ignore changes whose lines all match RE.

This is currently not implemented in svn's diff, is it?
