[TSVN] No "Move files in Subversion to here" menu option

Using TSVN 1.1.1 (not using 1.1.2 yet based on the iconv DLL mixup that
occurred).

I selected a couple of files in a working copy and right-dragged them to
a version-controlled subfolder in the same WC, the popup menu did not
show the "move files in Subversion to here" menu items as expected (and
documented), but showed "Subversion Export Here" instead.

How are we supposed to move files within a WC with TSVN? I've moved the
files manually using the cmdline svn, but it would have been nice to
drag and drop.
