[TSVN] Slightly confusing behavior

Steps to reproduce:
1. Set 'Show folderstatus' to off
2. Do something to change the status of a folder (like add an ignore)
3. Watch the folder icon change

The icon of the folder changes to modified at least in the right pane and
sometimes in the left pane. This seems to stay until you refresh the view
of the folder. This is a little bit confusing and seems like undesired
behavior.
