[TSVN] Clean Up command

Hello,

I'm getting the following error when I attempt to clean up through
TortoiseSVN:

Subversion reported an error while doing a cleanup!
Can't open directory 'C:/WINDSS/POLLING/.svn/tmp': The system cannot
find the path specified.
-------

Any idea how to fix this? TortoiseSVN will not let me commit my changes
to the repository until this is fixed...
