That's not quite correct. The button doesn't just refresh but get's
_all_ log messages from HEAD to 1. When the log dialog is first started,
it only fetches the latest revision (100 by default, configurable in the
settings dialog).

Making the checkbox sticky isn't good either. Because if the log dialog
is started from the explorer context menu, it should be deactivated
(changed that in revision 2411), but activated when started from the
branch dialog.

So in revision 2411, I changed:
- Make the log dialog non-strict by default.
- Document the /strict param in the docs.
- Rename the checkbox from "Stop on Copy" to "Stop on Copy/Rename" to
make it more clear for end users.
