[TSVN] Possible Bug in Working Copy Detection for root directories?

From: <jwhitby_at_bankofny.com>

First of all, thanks to everyone who has contributed to TortoiseSVN. It is
a great piece of software.
I am using TortoiseSVN version 1.1.2 Build 2400 on a Windows XP SP1 PC.
I have a working copy on a network drive e.g. X:\Blah\WorkingCopy. If I
right click in Explorer on the base directory of my Working Copy I get the
full Working Copy TortoiseSVN menu as expected.
If however I subst a drive to the self same working copy e.g. "subst y:
X:\Blah\WorkingCopy" when I right click in Explorer on the new drive Y: I
get the non Working Copy TortoiseSVN menu.
Is this expected?

Keep Up the great work!!
Jeremy Whitby
