[TSVN] Feature suggestion

Hi.

Running TSVN today I was in the 'Log Messages' window looking at what's
been done in the repo. I remebered svn provides the possibility to change
an erraneous log message and so I tried to edit a log message with a
spelling misstake in it. Unfortunately it turned out that the log field
was read-only despite it's inviting white background.

I'm suggesting that:
* A 'Close' button is added to the dialog (for closing the dialog)
* The 'Ok' button is renamed to e.g. 'Change New Log' and is only active
when a change has been made to an active log message.
* Pressing 'Commit New Log' should update the log message on the server

Not really sure about the UI design, it can probably get much better, but
I think the idea of being able to change log messages would be really
cool.

What do you think?

/Nicke
