[TSVN] Problem with Import in nightlies?

I make my own build, so it is possible the problem is on my end. Russell's
builds are not up at the moment so I cannot test with his.

Can someone that is running a nightly build from the last few days, try to
test doing an Import? I always get an "Access denied" error followed by a
crash. Other users just get the Access denied error. Like I said, I have
my own custom build so the problem could just be on my end. It would be
good to confirm it with someone.
