[TSVN] WC corrupted after update with files in use

HI!

I tried to update my working copy, but one file was in use.

After the update, the working copy was corrupted and locked and clean up did
not fix it.

I had to do a fresh checkout.

Is this by intention? Or is this a bug in Subversion? Such a case (which can
happen easily on Windows), should be handled better IMHO.

Using TSVN 1.1.2.
