[TSVN] Impact of GUID change?

I am trying to incoporate this GUID change into my own installer. It
looks like you just changed the first character from C to 3 -- correct?
That certainly makes it easy to update. What about first install after
the change? Is it necessary to remove the CLSID entries for the old GUID
or will nothing else reference them now so that it doesn't matter?
