[TSVN] Registry files

Hi,

Following last night's change in GUID's, my (manually installed) shell
extension is now partly broken (context menu OK, column provider OK, icons
Broken)

I daresay this is just a matter of getting my customised registration file
right, but this is made slighltly more difficult by the fact that the
xxx.registry files in TortoiseShell are Unicode (16-bit), so don't run with
TMerge.

Do these files need to be Unicode? Is there a reason why the can't be
ASCII, or UTF8?

Actually, the real answer is to make the shell extension DLL
self-registering, something I'm going to have a go at shortly.

Cheers,

Will
