[TSVN] "create patch" command broken since revision 2330

Hi.

Yesterday I tried to create a patch using the latest revision of TSVN (2355).

It showed an error message "Can't open file 'G:/test_wc': Access denied"

The problem also occurs when running
TortoiseProc /command:createpatch /path:"G:\test_wc\"

Release 1.1.2 (revision 2205) works fine however.

After several switch / rebuild / test sessions of TortoiseProc I
noticed the following:

Revision 2329 works fine
Revision 2330 --> broken.

Since I have to go to work now I don't have time to dive in any deeper
than this. I hope I provided enough info for you guys to get going.
