[TSVN] should TortoiseMerge report an error if file not found?

TortoiseMerge allows merging of non existing files without notifying the user.
Wouldn't it be better to inform the user if a file isn't present?

I have attached a patch wich appends "(file not found)" to the view
title of a file so the user knows whether or not a file is present.

Again, I hope this patch might be usefull...
