Never got the Add icon to appear, looks normal though, nothing fancy, but
clear and easy to understand.

Conflict triggers recall due to the sign lanuage, otherwise I don't think
I can see the exclamation point, but that's hardly needed.

Same with Deleted icon, immediate recall, nothing fancy, like nice.

But I've still got a problem with the screaming light green 'normal' state
icon. It's very similar to the TCSV icon, but not the same, this triggers
recognition. I think you should make it enough separate from TCVS icons
since this is going to be used for visually deciding if a folder is under
CVS or SVN versioning. If you darken the color, maybe the check mark will
appear as well.

The modified icon doesn't feel right but I can't put my finger on what.
The exclamation point is actually visible here (maybe the result of the
darker bg color). Can't say if it trigger recall or recognition, but it's
not sticking out, should it do that to indicate modifications fast? Hmm...

That's my point of view, for what it's worth...

/Nicke
