[TSVN] TortoiseSVN - FAQ

I am running subversion on Fedora 3 and tortoise on win me and using
svnserve to connect over my local network.
All goes well until I try to check in a test file i changed then the
checkin fail with the error message

commit failed(detials below)
Connection is read only

Any ideas ?
