[TSVN] Bugtraq link not shown when no comment entered

TortoiseSVN Version 1.1.1

When looking at comments in the Show Log screen, the link is only
getting shown if a comment was entered. If no comment (just a bug
number) was entered when committing the change, the bug number is not
turned into a link in the log view.

I would expect that the link would always be displayed.
