[TSVN] Is this a Subversion Problem or TSVN?

File not found: transaction 'zh', path '/trunk/blah blah'

I have been biting my tongue deleting the directories hoping that an
update will fix... sometimes it will other times it seems to crawl up
the source tree until I have to do a full checkout again...

I am soooo over this. It has honestly robbed be of approximately 20
hours in the last few months...
