[TSVN] Crash reports

Can you modify your crash report dialog so that the 'Send' button is not
enabled until the user has entered at least N characters of description
(like min log size).

You could also ask them to enter a real email address where they can be
reached for further information. That ould have to be optional of
course, but it might work around an auto-generated bogus address.

It might result in less crash reports, but a crash report with no
background info is (generally) a lot less useful then one with.
