Based on this discussion, and that we might switch to SVN in our
company, I am playing around with UNICODE and Subversion. And I am
having some problems. Do you know what kind of unicode support
subversion is supposed to have? Only UTF-8? Is there a way to tell
(T)SVN that a UTF-16 file is a text file?
