Just in case this is of use to anyone, it is very easy to produce a
makefile which calls SubWCRev and then the Delphi command line compiler.

There is an additional benefit for me, in that I do not need to load the
IDE which takes forever on my very slow laptop. Most of my code changes
at the moment do not need the IDE to debug, so it saves me some time.
