[TSVN] Nothing to Add

Hi,

I have a small suggestion. Make "nothing to add" behave like "nothing to
commit."

When I execute commit on a folder and there is nothing to commit,
TortoiseSVN pops up an information dialog indicating there is nothing to
commit. Pressing OK dismisses the dialog as well as the commit window.

When I execute add on a folder and there is nothing to add, the add
window comes up empty and allows me to press OK. It would make sense to
also pop up an information dialog here indicating there is nothing to add.
