Well, that's a word :-)

Stefan will surely add to this list. I just write down what I think he does
and what I know I'm doing
Stefan:
- create tag in repository
- update status page
- update status file
- update changelog
- create & upload unicode and mbcs installer and update links in download
page
- upload / accept uploaded "special needs" version when available and update
link in download page
(Time?)

Lübbe:
1) create & upload all the language pack installers, marking the incomplete
ones as "draft" and update links in download page (I left out the ones that
are out of date in the current release)
(about 30-40 minutes total)
2) create & update the "stable" language pack installers when the
translators are catching up. No need to modify download page if done in 1)
(about 5-10 minutes each, I wouldn't mind keeping this job ;-))

Cheers
- Lübbe
