You have two options.

The most obvious, and i'm surprised you missed it, is that the commit
window lists all the files you have changed. All you need to do is
double click to bring up the diff of a file.

Your other option is to use check for updates. This will show you all
the changes you've made aswell as any new changes in the repo.
