[TSVN] Grey line in commit-dialog (minor issue)

Hi,

I have been using TortoiseSVN for some weeks now and I want to thank you
very much for developing this great tool for free!

Well, there is one thing I've noticed: When I open the commit-dialog, there
is a grey line (like a shadow, see attached screenshot) in the textbox used
to enter the log message. When I move the mouse it sometimes disappears and
sometimes appears again. Is my computer going crazy or is this a "bug"? It
only happens in TortoiseSVN, other applications are fine. Of course, this is
not a big issue but it's somewhat confusing.

I'm using TortoiseSVN 1.1.1, Build 1857, UNICODE on Windows XP SP2.

Best Regards,
Sven
