[TSVN] SubWCRev date replacement question

Hope it is alright to ask a SubWCRev.exe question here. :-)

When I run SubWCRev against my working copy, $WCREV$ is correctly
replaced with 101. However, $WCDATE$ is replaced with 1969/12/31
19:00:00. The commit time is 2004/10/24 19:05:00 as seen in the Log
window.

Is there a dependence on the SVN version or the TSVN version used to
checkout the working copy?

TSVN 1.1.0.1769
SubWCRev.exe downloaded from Tigris today.
SVN is accessed via svn://myserver:3690/myproject/trunk
SVN version 1.0.6 on Win2K Pro
