[TSVN] TortoiseSVN 1.1.1 build 1857 - long delays in Windows Explo

I recently upgraded from 1.0.8 after upgrading our Subversion server to
1.1.1. Now I have some really long, intermittent delays in viewing the
working copies of the same repositories I used to have no problems with.

I have set Norton Antivirus to not scan .svn folders, but it did not
help. The only thing I could do to make it work was to disable all icon
overlays with a C:\* exclude path. Is there something else I should look
at configuring in the new version to prevent this? I used to have good
luck with the icon overlays, and the size of the working copies I'm
dealing with has not changed.
