Well, I can... It will be a *mother* of a patch, which will cover every
subproject of TSVN, and the VCPROJ files, because it mucks around with the
PCH settings. A quick generate of a rough patch suggests that it will have
over 80 files in it.

In generating this, I'll have to make sure that a lot of my 'experimental'
stuff doesn't show-up, so I need to know that there's a realistic
possibility of you applying this patch if I create it! I think it will
also be quite a lot of work to apply, because I'm sure you'll want to see
what I'm changing in every file.

Header inclusion in TortoiseProc et al had got into a bit of a tangle, so I
think this tidy-up might be worthwhile, even if it wasn't for the big
improvement in build-time that one gets from it.
