[TSVN] update to revision questions

In the log viewer, you can right click on a revision in the top pane
and select "Update Item to Revision". My understanding is that this
should update my working copy to mirror that revision.

Why when I do this, does it appear that I am getting the changes from
the revision before the one I am selecting?

Why doesn't the normal update dialog pop-up and show what files are
being changed? I would much prefer this to silent changes.
