[TSVN] Show Log -> Get all dialog suggestion

From: Michael Baltaks <mbaltaks_at_mac.com>

Hi,

I have a quick suggestion for the dialog that pops up after clicking
the 'Get all' button in the Show log window.

Currently the dialog reads:

Shall the log stop on a copy?
Click _Yes_ if you need to find out where a branch started.
Click _No_ if you want to see all log entries.
[Yes] [No] [Cancel]

I suggest:

_Stop_ the log (perhaps to find the start of a branch) on last copy?
Or _Get All_ log entries.
[Stop] [Get All] [Cancel]

This would help those who use the dialog frequently by not having to
remember which of [Yes] and [No] do which of Branch or All.

Thanks,
-Michael.
