[TSVN] Bug in commit dialog

Sorry Steve,
i have the following folder structure:
src
src/lib
src/lib/file.sample

in the commit dialog, if you uncheck src/lib the src entry isn't
unchecked too. It will only be unchecked if you uncheck file.sample.

I didn't look on the code. But this shouldn't be much work. Commit it if
the tigris.org server is available.
