It's a good idea, and I've just had a play with it - however, opening the
folder view, and expanding lots of other trees which include WC folders
doesn't cause additional activity when you F5 in the original test directory.

So it doesn't appear that the left view gets updated by F5, even when you
have it open.

At this rate I'm going to have to build TSVN and play around with it
myself, which is rather daunting prospect...
