[TSVN] Merge problem

Hi all,
I just upgraded SubVersion to 1.1.1 and TSVN to 1.1.1.
The server is on Win2k and we access it via svn://

I tried to merge a branch into my WC (/trunk) but got an error from
TSVN: Could not open 'tmp'. Access denied.

However doing the same thing via the commandline svn worked fine.
I should mention that a TSVN merge dry run showed the correct results.

Any ideas?
